So we completed our first 40 Over Forty Project and it was such a great experience!

 

After 27 years in business. I’ve never done anything like this.  From planning and styling complete custom photo shoots through philanthropic efforts to help a local charity to planning a wrap up celebration with a final culmination of all of the images, and all of the ladies who participated as well as guests, family and friends.

We raised $2350 for a local Charity, Dotties House.

We created amazing beautiful images that reflected each of the 40 woman in their own style and personalities.

All of the woman were invited to a wrap up celebration brunch to meet and mingle. They each received a final printed magazine featuring each one of them with their images and words direct from each of them.

 

What was the 40 over 40 project?

A UNIQUE AND LUXURIOUS PHOTOSHOOT EXPERIENCE CULMINATING IN A GALLERY-STYLE EXHIBITION AND CELEBRATION OF WOMEN AND THEIR STORIES.

Celebrating  the beauty and wisdom of the 40+ woman.

I was able to meet and get to know so many different women from all walks of life.

From Retirees, to Nurses, Lawyers, Graphic designers, many other small business owners, etc!

Making connections with them was great, but was was really nice too, was seeing so many connections being made at the final reception where they were all able to enjoy sipping on mimosas and connect and mingle with each other.

We collected some video behind the scenes and interviews of some of the ladies and were able to share their stories .It was just a great culmination of the whole project and can’t wait to do it again!
