IF I had to choose one town to photograph a wedding in every weekend it would be Asbury Park, NJ There is SO much to work with.  SO I now I can see why Zach and Kaitlyn live in Asbury and chose to have their wedding in Asbury Park.  We were all over town. The Asbury Hotel. The Lake area across from the Asbury Beer Garden. THE Asbury Park Boardwalk. Convention Hall. The Wonder Bar. And Cross and Orange.

Don’t get me wrong, I love always going to new locations and traveling and seeing new places, I’m juts saying IF…lol

We started the day at https://www.theasburyhotel.com thesis the new awesome hotel in Asbury Park.  So much going on here!.  The girls were chilling in the suite with mimosas and the bride and groom’s dogs…They guys were over at their appt. which you could kinda see from the brides hotel room window! The dudes were just drinking in their appt. parking lot and court yard and such. We grabbed some images of the guys hanging out and doing much out nothing. After we got some great images of the girls at the hotel and they did some shots at the bar(hey why not relax the nerves).. We made our way onto the trolley to the “first look” location.

Yeah the trolley was cool, no one had to drive and get lost and everyone can hang out together.  We rode the trolley to get some photos from there as well. The next stop was on the bridge to Ocean Grove, by the beer hall.  If you have never been the beer hall is real awesome! https://www.theasburyhotel.com

This spot on the bridge is where Zach proposed so it was the perfect spot for the first look.  Once they had their moment it was back on the trolley for a ride through Asbury.  Next stop was Convention Hall and the Boardwalk.  Lots of great image and portrait opportunity there! https://apboardwalk.com

After some fun we went over the Cross and Orange where they had the place to themselves for the evening! A cool spot not typically for weddings but they do a great job.  Its actually perfect wedding spot! check it out. https://crossandorangeap.com

They had great wedding ceremony right inside Cross and Orange. It suppose to be in the park just outside but it was not the greatest weather this point.  But inside was done up right.

Once the band started the party kicked in and was going all night…then the ICE CREAM TRUCK showed up! They had a ice cream truck come for dessert!  Drop the mic…
