Cape May Court House, NJ, is a charming community that serves as the seat of Middle Township in Cape May County. It combines small-town appeal with proximity to Jersey Shore attractions, making it an appealing destination for homebuyers and visitors alike.
I have been in and around Cape May Court House for about 20 years now! Over the last few years it is really growing and I think more people are discovering this gem! While Avalon and Stone Harbor are just over the bridge and Much Much more expensive to buy property and live this is a nice alternative. Literally about 10 minute drive to one of those beaches and lots of great restaurants that people on the island come to Cape May Court House for! New condos are being built and not on the cheap end either! Because again, people are realizing you can be so close to Stone Harbor and Avalon but not pay the prices for the homes on the seven mile island.
Being a portrait photographer that specializes in beach pictures, I frequent all the local areas and these beaches very often, it is one of my favorite areas! I do more work in Avalon and Stone Harbor in the summer than anywhere else!
