The Historic Smithville Inn https://smithvilleinn.com/weddings/ is a great location for a wedding! There are so many photo opportunity in such a quaint area.   I mean if you like that historic rustic charm… There are great little nooks everywhere.  Fountains,lakes, rustic barns and doors and fences and gates and antique stores and buildings oh my…lol.    I mean the Carousel alone is the highlight!  Yes a Carousel! Such a romantic and fun thing all in one!  Patrick is in the air force and wore his official uniform of course so that makes everything even better. Guys and girls in uniform are always sexier…But Giavanna, Fuhgettaboutit…. What a beautiful bride! She wore the perfect dress. Put these two side by side and you have a fashion model couple.

Giavanna got dressed in one of the little rooms right there in the little village in the middle of all the  shops. The little shops,  antique shops,rustic village and cottages were awesome backdrops.  We just walked the village picking whatever stood out to us.  With a bit of fashion flair here and there and of course some traditional portraits too. You have to do a little of both to make it timeless but still giving a little kick here and there…

After a nice little ceremony inside the historic inn we walked the village again with the bridal party and played on the carousel too. They(the village people, no not those village people)  were nice enough to give us time alone on the carousel for photos.

the reception was just as nice and oh the food was really good too! I know everyone had a great time as there was plenty of people on the dacne floor throughout the evening. Hope you like some of the images we captured!
